We achieve this by being transparent and clearly outlining our fees and any additional expenses.

Service Fee
Our standard 15% fee covers the following:

  • On call 24/7 for any emergencies

  • Setting up and maintaining the property to a high standard

  • Advertising the property on various booking platforms and networking with other local agents

  • Handling all bookings and enquiries from guests

  • Updating and syncing all the calendars to avoid any double bookings

  • Handling all complaints and problems from guests

  • Arranging the laundry of all bed linen and towels

  • Co-ordinating the cleaning and maintaining it to a hotel standard

  • Updating home owners of any maintenance or repairs needed to the property

Additional Expenses


All bed linen and towels are collected, washed and ironed and returned to the property.

Meet and Greet

At BMG we believe that meeting all guests and welcoming them to the property is fundamental to building a mutual trust and respect essential for their ease of mind. The guests feel comfortable knowing that we are available 24/7 to assist them with any issues or problems.


Property is professionally cleaned by vacuuming, moping and polishing all surfaces to a high standard

Welcome Pack

This is an optional extra where we can provide guests a welcome pack consisting of fresh fruit, local wine and other essentials.
